  2. CTS America Awarded Major Florida Public Safety Contract

    PENSACOLA, Fla., Oct. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CTS America Inc. was recently awarded a ten-year contract renewal with the Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles, outperforming other major national public safety technology companies to win the contract. CTS America will provide Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS) and their highly regarded Field Based Reporting (FBR) technologies to the Florida Highway Patrol and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

  3. CTS Announces New SmartJail Module - Inmate Programs

    CTS is proud to announce the release of the latest module in the SmartJAIL Product Line, “Inmate Programs”. Inmate Programs allows an agency to configure an unlimited number of Inmate Programs, such as GED, Religious Services, and AA, as well as manage Inmate Worker Programs such as Kitchen Worker, Laundry, Maintenance, etc. The module is browser based yet integrated into the full product suite.

  4. CTS Announces NCIC Entry Capability

    CTS America is pleased to announce that Florida customers (soon to include other states) may complete entry, modify, cancel and clear transactions directly into NCIC from within the RMS applications. Transactions are available for warrants as well as stolen guns, property, vehicles, and vessels. Please contact our sales department at 800-374-0101 if interested in this functionality.

  5. CTS Demonstrates Multi-Agency Capability - Oakland Police Department, Florida

    Pensacola, FL – CTS America is pleased to welcome the addition of the Oakland (Florida) Police Department. Oakland joined the Winter Garden Police Department for CAD, RMS, and Field Based Reporting.

  6. Village of Tequesta Police Department Joins CTS Family

    Pensacola, FL – CTS America is pleased to welcome the Village of Tequesta Police Department. The Tequesta Police Department implemented Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management, and Mobile Field Based Reporting.

  7. CTS America Increases Presence in Florida

    November 2011

    Pensacola, FL –CTS America was awarded a contract from an RFP with the Putnam County Sheriffs’ Office to implement our Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management, Mobile Field Based Reporting, and Jail Management System.

    In May 2012, Putnam County Emergency Services added CTS America’s mobile software enabling both agencies to work cooperatively in the use of the software for public safety purposes.

  8. Jacksonville Sheriffs’ Office Implements Mobile E-Citations and E-Crash Reporting

    Pensacola, FL – The Jacksonville Sheriffs’ Office has implemented CTS America’s Mobile Form Citations and Crash Reporting.

  9. Hillsborough County Sheriffs’ Office Implements CTS America’s Field Based Reporting Software

    February 2011

    Pensacola, FL – Hillsborough County Sheriffs’ Office purchased CTS America’s Field Based Reporting software for the use of Crash Reports and error free submissions. They previously used a free crash reporting software product but was not satisfied with the number of errors returned when submitting to the State. This implementation was completed in April 2011.

  10. Lafayette County Sheriffs’ Office Implements CTS Software

    Pensacola, FL – CTS America is pleased to welcome the addition of Lafayette County Sheriffs’ Office Florida.
    Lafayette County has implemented the CTS Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), and Jail Management System (JMS) software and Mobile Computer Terminal (MCT)
