When a call is received, a CTS customer support technician works with agency personnel to immediately resolve errors using our knowledgebase of resolutions and our remote access capabilities that permit online diagnosis and repairs. When such resolution is not possible, the call is escalated.
Any deficiencies found will be reported to CTS' technical support staff. CTS technical support personnel are available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, holidays included.
